I've had a pretty good week so far.
We spent the weekend visiting .

Things at home have been quiet.
The garden is slowly greening up.
My Echinacea pallida is doing very well in the little raised bed and some of the crinums look like they made it through the winter as well.

The lettuces are nearly ready to pick and we'll be planting tomatoes and peppers shortly. I really need to assemble the new raised bed: the rhubarb plants need a sunny home!

My birthday was a quiet one.
My sweetie brought me flowers at work, my girlfriend gave me little earrings shaped like twigs (), and my mum-in-law made a wonderful peach pie.
